What can I do during Activation/Attack?

Legend:
AOO: This action can provoke an attack of opportunity from those in melee with you
ATT: You will need to spend an attack to perform this action
MAC: This action occupies both your movement and combat phase this quarter
ACT: This action costs you to spend your Free Activation

Things you can do during Attack:

Attack (Single Melee)- (ATT) A normal melee attack
Attack (Ranged) – (AOO)(ATT) A normal ranged attack. Cannot make a ranged attack if you moved this quarter.
Attack (Unarmed) – (AOO)(ATT) A normal hand attack. A monk’s unarmed attack does not draw an AOO.
Attack (Dual sided Weapon Attack) – (ATT) Two attacks, one with each side of the weapon (must be using a dual sided weapon). Cannot perform a dual weapon attack if you moved more than one hex this quarter.
Attack (Two-Weapons) – (ATT) Two attacks, one with each weapon in each hand. Standard penalties for a two weapon attack are -6TH with your main hand, and -10TH with your off hand. (There are feats which will reduce/eliminate these penalties) You cannont perform a two-weapon attack if you moved more than one hex this quarter.
Acivate a Magic Item (ACT) – Free action, you may perform another comat action
Assist Another – (ATT) Make an attack roll against AC10. Success allows you to add +2TH to an adjacent ally’s attack, or +2AC to that ally.
Cast a spell (AOO)(ATT) – Cannot cast a spell if you moved during movement
Cast a spell defensively (ATT) – Caster does not draw attack of opportunity when casting defensively. At spell completion, caster makes a concentration check at DC15. Failure results in a failed spell (and spell points lost).
Charge – (ATT)(MAC) Declared on movement, resolved on combat. Gain +2 to hit and suffer -2 AC. If mounted while using a lance, also gain double damage.
Concentrate to maintain an active spell
Deliver Coup De Grace – (AOO)(ATT)(MAC) Only usuable against a helpless opponent. Success results in automatic crit.
Demoralize an Opponent (ACT) – A successful intimidate check puts your target at -2TH for 1 round

Draw a hidden weapon with sleight of hand (ATT)
Escape a grapple (ATT)
Escape from a net – (AOO)(MAC)
Extinquish Flames – (MAC)
Feint (ATT) – Succesful feint results in target losing their DEX AC against your next available attack. You may perform another attack action this quarter.
Fight Defensively (ATT) – You may make an attack as normal, except you take a -4 penalty to hit, to gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC.
Grapple (AOO)(ATT) – All grapplers (you and target) lose all dex AC, can’t move normally, and cannot make AOOs while grappling.
Hold to Counterspell (AOO)(ATT if counterspell attempted) – Spellcasters may attempt to counter the spell of another caster as it is being cast.
Light a torch – (AOO)(MAC)
Light a torch with tindertwig (AOO)
Load a heavy or repeating crossbow – (AOO)(MAC)
Lower your own spell resistance
Prepare a splash weapon (AOO)(MAC)
Read a scroll (AOO)(ATT)
Stabilize a dying ally (AOO)
Total Defense (ATT) Gain a +4 dodge bonus to AC until your next attack phase
Turn or Rebuke Undead (ACT)
